TERMS OF PURCHASE AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing and using OnyxIvy Hair Growth Oil (the "Product"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Use and Application

The Product is intended for external use only on hair and scalp. You agree to follow all usage instructions provided on the product label and to use the Product only as directed.

2. Allergy and Sensitivity Testing

You acknowledge that allergy-free use is not guaranteed. Before full application, you agree to conduct a patch test by applying a small amount of the Product to a small area of skin and waiting 48 hours to check for any adverse reactions. If you experience any irritation, redness, itching, or other adverse reactions during the patch test, you agree to discontinue use immediately.

3. Known Allergies and Medical Conditions

You confirm that you have reviewed the ingredient list and are not aware of any allergies to the ingredients contained in the Product, which include: Azadirachta indica (Neem) Oil, Persea americana (Avocado) Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Oil, and Ricinus communis (Castor) Oil. If you have sensitive skin, scalp conditions, or are pregnant or nursing, you agree to consult with a healthcare provider before using this Product.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that individual results may vary and that there is an inherent risk of allergic reaction or skin sensitivity when using any topical product. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of this Product.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless OnyxIvy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Product, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or any other adverse effects.

6. No Medical Claims

You acknowledge that this Product is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any statements regarding the Product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

7. Discontinuation of Use

You agree to discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reactions, including but not limited to: severe itching, rash, hives, swelling, burning sensation, or respiratory difficulties.

8. Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of this Product, all sales are final. Returns or refunds will only be provided for unopened, unused products or at the sole discretion of OnyxIvy.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
